Neulich kam bei Ford eine Mail vom Quality Assurance Department bezüglich der Pool Cars an alle Expats:

All,

We are planning to conduct a dynamic test on Time In Service C307 vehicles as per FAP&A requirement.

Attached is the test schedule and items. The test cycle is controled within 30 Km.

We promise to protect your cars during the test and return them to you as it used to be or even better than that.

Your support is highly appreciated!

Please confirm if the time is suitable for you.Any change, do not hesitate to let me know.

Hmm, anscheinend war das etwas unverständlich, und deswegen kam dann diese Mail zur Erklärung hinterher:

Dear all:
So sorry to interrupt you while your busy hours, I'm sending you this mail to have your consent about the pool car's check. Please see the accessory xls. File inside.

As it is not easily decided down whether your car is available on the day according as the attached schedule, I will have a visit to your desk a few days ahead.

It doesn't mind telling me directly the arrangement going against your schedule while your convenience these days.
